Whitecat Action

Hutchison WhiteCat has always been committed to science and technology education for young people, and in 2016 was recognized by the Shanghai Municipal Education Commission as an excellent training base for the Shanghai Youth Science Research Institute. The “WhiteCat Cup” Chemistry Competition sponsored by WhiteCat has been successfully held for 19 times, which is an activity with a long history, wide influence, and win-win situation for all parties, and has greatly benefited the popularization of young people's knowledge of chemistry. It promotes the popularization and improvement of applied chemistry education, and has a positive and extensive impact on the society, which builds up their confidence to participate in chemistry competitions.

In the scientific and technological activities, students visited the product exhibition hall and equipment workshop, listened to the knowledge about the new environmentally friendly detergents, visited the product development room and analysis room of the national enterprise technology center, the students were also led by the technology center, the students were also excited to personally carry out experiments on the comparative analysis of various types of detergents. In the workshop, students were inspired to explore the mysteries of the chemical world and pay attention to the development of the frontiers of chemistry to maximize their potential.
